THE BUSINESS OF THE MEEING WILL BE:
 

• Adoption of the agenda;

• Approval of the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting;

• Consideration of the Report of the Directors;

• Consideration of the Financial Statements;

• Election for 3 Director position, Chairman and Vice-Chairman;

• Such other business that, under the Bylaws or any governing statues, ought to be transacted at an Annual General Meeting or business which is brought under consideration by the Report of the Directors if the report was issued with the Notice of Meeting.
